FoamWorks Concrete Leveling

The basement floor had developed some significant cracks that needed addressing sooner rather than later. We met with Spencer C. (Sales) to discuss options and were looking forward to putting our concerns to rest. On the scheduled date, we received a telephone call confirming the arrival time, which we appreciated. Corbin B. & Shannon W. arrived, and after a short review of our project, discussed the process with us, and went to work in short order. They proceeded to stabilize and lift the concrete basement floor, repaired the cracks that was the original concern . Both were knowledgeable and courteous, and effectively communicated the steps needed to resolve our issue, and worked to finish the project in a timely manner. The floor now looks great, and the cracks are nearly invisible. The root cause of the cracks was due to unstable concrete, and entire project was completed as discussed, and the area was free of debris. Very professional from start to finish.

FoamWorks delivered an outstanding experience during a situation that had become a real safety concern for my family. Our sidewalk had begun sinking to the point where my parents were having trouble getting up the steps when they visited, and I was genuinely worried we were going to have to replace all of the concrete. FoamWorks not only fixed the issue, they exceeded every expectation. A huge thank you to Noah and Mason, who were absolutely fantastic. They showed up exactly when they said they would, walked me through the entire process, and got the job done extremely quickly without cutting corners. These two are efficient, professional, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. The results were incredible. What I thought might require major replacement work was completely restored, level, and safe again in a matter of an hour. The cleanup was spotless, the craftsmanship was excellent, and the whole experience was stress-free thanks to their communication and attention to detail. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will absolutely use them again in the future.

The FoamWorks team came to my home to level two sidewalks and an 8' patio step that had sunk. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. When they were through, everything looked as well as it did when it was first installed!

I wanted to take the time to leave a 5 star review for shannon and Jermaine!!! These guys were outside in the cold fixing our community side walks !!! I can now push my stroller without the worry of bumps and tripping ! They both took the time to talk with me as well as explain the job process! Both guys are very nice and genuine! Great job

Jermaine and Shannon were great. They were on time, polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were able to jack the corner of our pole barn floor back to where it should be in mere minutes, and fixed the sidewalk next to the garage to eliminate the tripping hazards and ponding. The scheduling and estimating process was easy and straightforward. Spencer, the estimator, was prompt, addressed the problems and offered an estimate right away. He had a short presentation and further explained the additional products and services offered without being pushy. Foamworks mailed me an information booklet which was informative and well written. The tiny 3/8” holes the installers drilled are barely noticeable, especially when compared to the 1 inch monsters the grout jacking requires. Sure, this might be a little more expensive than grout, but it's far less invasive and less conspicuous when it's done and is a superior solution. Everyone I had contact with was great to deal with and the customer experience was top notch. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend Foamworks to anyone.

The patio had sunk and some places were like 2 inches higher. Now it is all one level. Mason and his crew were professional about the job they did. When they left everything was cleaned up and looking much nicer then before.

On time Worked quickly. Very willing to explain what they were doing.

I like this company and will recommend it to others. They have a straight forward communication and finished the job quickly. The only thing could been better is to match the filled holes with exiting concrete pattern so itâ s not as noticeable.
