Flow Right

The main pipes needed to be replaced under my mother's home. They had cracked and it was creating a foul smell so we knew this was a plumbing emergency that needed an expert plumbing team to replace these old pipes. Kenny came out for an inspection and estimate 30 minutes after my mom called Flow Right. He provided a clear estimate after inspection and work could begin the next day. The extensive pipe removal and replacement job was completed by 2 plumbers on the job in a 5 hour period and they double checked all the work to ensure the plumbing in the house was working perfectly. I highlight Flow Right's expertise and professionalism here because another well advertised and bigger SD plumbing company not only quoted us near double the cost but projected the work would take multiple days. We are so lucky and grateful to have found Kenny and the Flow Right team to get this massive pipe replacement job done, and done superbly. Thanks again, Flow Right. You guys are the BEST!

These guys are awesome!!! University Heights, 90 year old house with old rotten/broken cast iron sewer pipes that have been a problem for 30 years. The crawl space (which it is not) under the house is made for moles. I desperately needed help and called Flow Right for an estimate to replace all cast iron pipes. When I gave Kenny my address he said the week before they had done work for my neighbor directly across the street, My neighbor found them from a neighbor one block over. Flow Right exceeded any expectation we had. Dependable, responsive, quality workmanship and dedication to getting the work completed with the least amount of disruption to property and our living situation as possible. Our backyard looked better than it did before they started. They should get 10 stars.

Great communication with Kenny throughout the process! They replaced the 2â and 4â cast iron pipes under my house and to the street. They were very responsive, fast, and efficient. When it looked like we were going to have a heavy rainstorm, they doubled the crew, got the drain line in my front yard dug out, replaced and filled back in in a matter of hours! My neighbors even came by to admire their work and comment on how fast the job was done. I have told everyone I know how great they were! Also, as a female homeowner, I was very impressed that Kenny, Jess, and crew never talked down to me, or ignored me to ask my boyfriend job related questions, as did a few other companies during the estimate and job process.

Excellent same day service

Jesse and Kenny were very personable, responsive, and explained everything that needed to be done with regards to replacing our cracked cast iron sewer pipe that had caused a sewage backup into our home. The Flow Right crew arrived on time and finished the job in two days. They cleaned up the area affected once the job was done. So far everything seems to be working fine, so we would definitely use them again in the future for other plumbing jobs!
