5/5 Stars! Excellent service, fast, efficient, clean. Could not ask for a better experience and smooth transaction. And the water tastes great. I was a little nervous because I am very picky on the taste of my water. I like most bottled water except Dasani. No more bottled water for me because my water tastes great now and I have ice again. Better for the planet too. You do need to give the filter for the bottled water experience a couple of days and run the water a little bit, especially if you have an older home as I do. But within 2 days time my filtered water was running clear and tasting delicious, once the gunk was gone from my pipes. One of the best parts about the soft water system is I do not smell the chlorine anymore and can feel safe about drinking and bathing with City water. I highly recommend the system and Florida Water. Thanks to Richard and Jorge for their outstanding service.
