The installer (Leslie) went far, far above expected. Actually came up with an ingenious solution to the incorrect wall mount Best Buy sold me for an 85" TV. I tried returning the incorrect wall mount to Best Buy while Leslie and Michael moved our 65" from the TV room to our bedroom as Best Buy is right around the corner. Best Buy had NO wall mounts for the 85" TV I purchased from them. Unbelievable. Leslie solved the problem with ingenuity and expertise. He then proceeded to help me with the surround sound system that pipes sound out through the speakers built into the ceiling. Corrected the bass in my base box and connected via Bluetooth my tuner to the TV and sound system. All for the original price, which by the way, was more than half less than Best Buy's quote to mount and move our current TV to the bedroom and install the new 85" in its place (Best Buy has a fictious additional fee for mounting). I highly recommend Florida Brackets for your next installation.
