When we purchased our home in 2018, we knew that we would eventually want to replace the carpet in the living room, dining room, and the main office to match the hardwood floors already in the kitchen, family room, and foyer (Bruce Hardwood-Gunstock). Once we were ready to make the change, we were somewhat overwhelmed with finding the best flooring company, so we asked neighbors for recommendations and did some research by reading online reviews. After selecting three companies to give us estimates, we chose Floors and Designs and could not be happier with our choice! First, we were impressed with Samâ s professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. In addition to having hardwood on the main level, we wanted to replace the carpet on the stairs, hallway, and office on the second floor but were concerned about the overall cost. Sam patiently listened to our ideas and concerns then presented us with different options to consider before making our final decision. On the day the flooring was scheduled to be installed, we were equally impressed with the â A-Teamâ sent for the installation. The entire crew was professional, courteous, hard-working, and true craftsmen. In three days, our home was transformed, and we could not be more delighted with the results. We highly recommend Floors and Designs. The only question we are asking ourselves now is, â What took us so long?â

Floors and Designs is the only way to go. We needed to get our hardwood refinished prior to moving into our new house and had a very narrow timetable. Sam made it happen with time to spare. He came out the day I reached out, gave an estimate, and scheduled the work. His team was nothing but professional on time, well mannered, and patient. While all of this sounds great the best part was the work they did. Sam said on certain parts it was unlikely they would be able to just refinish it as I had some pretty large gaps. However, not only were they able to fix those areas, when I walked back in to see the finished product I thought they had just put in a new floor! They are that good!!! I could not be happier with my "new" floor. If I have to ever do anything again they are the only ones I will use. Very affordable! My wife and I could not be happier about our experience!
