Luis contacted me immediately after I submitted my request to Service Magic and rovided me an estimate without even seeing the job. We scheduled an appointment so that he could look at the the work needed to be done. He came in on time and confirmed the estimate that he had given me which I had found to be reasonable. We scheduled the the work to be done and he again came on time and completed the job to my full satisfaction. He left everything clean. Great contractor!"

Came in and put drop cloths down right away (vs. the shoe protectors) and began work. The work was excellent and I could tell right from the start. I've had contractors in the past complain to me about their boss or something and then sounds of "oops, I messed up" and just too many interactions and professionalism and high cost. Not JMK! I had a huge gaping hole in my celiling from so-called professional plumbers that looked scary and horrible. "The crew from JJ Home Improvements 9 LLC was great. When giving an estimate, they were polite, answered various questions I had, and explained the planned work. They were upfront about what was realistically possible. I am pleased with the results of their work. I live in an old condo unit built in the early 1970s. The metal entry door was bent out of shape and the foam weatherstripping in poor condition. I could not replace the condo door, so they straightened it as much they could. They also replaced the poorly trimmed metal door sweep with a modern rubber one. While applying the new weatherstripping, they compensated for the remaining bend of the door and created a proper seal. Now I no longer have light or cold air coming through. Thank you!"
