Update: to the owner, you wouldn't have found it under this name. I'm not going to call because I don't care what you have to say. If you want to improve, you should out of integrity. They were willing to cut several hundred dollars off if I signed that day. That's how I knew they were overcharging me. The salesman said he wanted to get it done that day because he didn't want to come back. I've decided I don't want him to come back either.

We had some water damage to our wood floors that needed repair. From start to finish Flooring Direct made the process seamless and transparent. Not only can you not tell we ever had any damage, but they look better than they did before. They also replaced a carpeted game room with laminate flooring and I couldn’t be happier.

The whole team is excellent. From the sales manager to the customer service team to the installers. Everyone checked on us and the workflow and made sure we had top notch care. Great and fair pricing and we will be back for “phase two” when ready. We had hardwoods and LVP installed and they finished in record speed.

Excellent, professional and friendly work! My wife and I are enjoying the difference and can breathe a lot better with the carpet gone. All the downstairs’ rooms look so beautiful and alive with the new floor. As Brian suggested the floors beautifully match the colors of the walls. Brian Ninedorf gave us these floors at a very affordable price and the crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and did an excellent job. We can’t wait to the next phase putting the same floor upstairs next month with the same crew! We will recommend Flooring Direct to anyone! Thanks again!

They were the most cost effective. Just a little hiccup where they only sent one installer for a big job. Once call were placed, it was addressed.
