I got floors & baseboards done totaling ~$20k. They never told me that they?d leave big gaps under my door frames where there was the tile. They told me it was in the checklist contract but it is not! Then the baseboards came out absolutely horrible! They?re dirty, they didn?t fill the nail holes and used too big of a nail gun that even after they came back the first time and put wood filler it didn?t fix it, some have large gaps underneath meaning they didn?t level the floors properly, there?s sloppy caulk all along the top, rough edges from where they cut the boards and didn?t sand them, they didn?t paint them, there were nicks and chips from install, 2 boards bowed out from the wall to where I could stick my finger in the caulk, 2 boards completely overlapped, got caulk all over my black door stops, cut boards jagged around the toilet valve, forgot to install one door stop, and broke a piece of my wall off. It was just a mess.still haven?t fixed it all and now ghosting me

They were the most cost effective. Just a little hiccup where they only sent one installer for a big job. Once call were placed, it was addressed.

Excellent from start to finish! Scott came to the house for estimate,. I also went to the showroom to pick the flooring choice. Paid for materials, 1/2 down then other 1/2 after installation. The workers moved furniture around and completed in one day!

This company was very efficient. They came top my house and explain the quality of the carpet. The salesman is very knowledgeable and friendly. The installers came on time and professional. Everything was cleaned up and vacuumed. and perfect. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
