My experience with all the staff at Floor Coverings International was exceptional. All the staff ar personable, professional, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. At the beginning of the installation there was an issue that was corrected, and resolved to my satisfaction before the installation was finished. I have had nothing but a positive experience with the Floor Coverings International staff and I will recommend this company to anyone that is in need of new flooring. I will use Floor Coverings International again for any of my future flooring needs.

Be sure you know exactly what youâ  re getting for floor covering and how to care for your floor. Ask for specific data sheets and care information to put with your file and paper work regarding your installation. Get the data sheets before you sign the agreement to proceed with your installation.

Matt came well equipped in his sample van to our home and produced several options for our two flooring projects. He listened to us and offered suggestions based on our comments after seeing the projects. The two install teams (one per project) were very competent, clean and friendly. Floor Coverings International is a perfect company to do business with.

Overall, the floors came out nice, but customer service and attention to detail were very lacking. The installer arrived late every single day, and there was no final walk-through when the project was done by the project manager. Several things were missed and needed to be corrected over the course of a couple additional visits. In fact, there is still one thing that has not been corrected several weeks later. We also never received a phone call from the company once the project was done to ask us if we liked it or if anything needed to be fixed.

Sales person was very helpful in assisting to pick out flooring to match existing woodwork and furnishings. Installers were competent, friendly and centered around making sure we were satisfied and happy with the product and work. We would definitely recommend them.
