Workers were efficient and mostly knowedgeable. The only problem we had was rectified immediately by Ben when we called him. He came to our home immediately and spent four hours of his personal time fixing the problem, thus ensuring our satisfaction. On the second bathroom renovation Ben and the second crew made several recommendations we hadn't considered and it came out much nicer! Anyone selecting Floors by Ben Treto, Inc. will not regret their choice!

If you want grout splashed up your walls hire them!. Ben Trento himself will come out, measure and estimate the job. Ben Trento won't come not to install the tile flooring, He'll send out sub-contractors. As his team laid the tile throughout the living areas,the mortar was in many, many places as high as the tile itself. They used utility knives to scrape mortar out of the grout joints before the grout could be installed. There are places where the mortar shows through the grout. A bucket of water and a, sponge would have fixed that. My contractor, also set a bathroom for tile install. The drain was adjustable to 1/2 inch in height and had to be set in square. they understood what they had to do to install the drain. They didn't set the height and they cocked the drain 3/16 of an inch. When we asked Ben Trento to remedy the matter he informed us that the drain was not his men's fault it was the shower system that failed and only by an unnoticeable 1/16 inch. It is very noticeable.
