Upon the initial meeting with the owner Matt, My wife and I already knew we didn't need to look further. His professionalism showed in his knowledge and he listened to what we wanted. They removed my old existing decks (one was over 30 years old and the other was a mistake I made) and left no traces of either deck. The contractors for Fletchers were very skilled and professional and their work speaks for itself. They gave us a 2 week window and started when I was told and completed everything early. The work Fletchers did to my home has my neighbors jealous now. I had no complaints from anything the workers did to my home ( the left my house free of any debris: i.e. nails, wood, etc. ) and I would highly recommend you to give Fletchers Construction a call for any work you need done on your home. I've already have Fletchers giving me a quote for Kitchen and Bath work that needs to be done in my home since my wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that was performed on our home already.

After getting the run around from another local company, I found Fletcher Constructions online and reading many great reviews. We were very eager and anxious to start our project since the other company had us waiting for so long, that I sent a quick note to Fletcher Constructions website. Within 2 hours I had a reply asking when we could met for a consultation. He gave an honest, and unbeatable estimate for building our deck and fence. Our communications were always timely and professional. When work commenced the job was done in 4 days as promised!! His team was courteous, hard working, and provided excellent work. They ensured their mess was cleaned up after every day on the site and when the job was finished all remaining materials and tools were immediately removed from the property. We threw a party on our new deck and we had a few friends who knew a thing or two about building decks. They commented that the workmanship on our deck was superior. Many mentioned that there were many small details added to the work which made our deck stand out. For instance each deck board was screwed rather than nailed (nails tend to come out with time). When payment came, there were no hidden fees, or added costs, only the price we agreed on. We are extremely happy with the service and work that was provided by Fletcher Construction and would HIGHLY recommend.

After speaking with 5 different companies (three of which are the big time advertisers) I met Matt of Fletcher Construction. From the time he showed up at my house he was the most professional of all the companies I spoke with. Not only did he walk the roof, he answered every question I had and gave me an estimate that day, without immediately attempting to pressure me to commit. From start to finish his company did every thing in a timely manner, and treated my property as if it were their own. I would highly recommend this company for roofing and gutter installation.

Matt and his team were awesome to work with! After getting 3 bids for our deck project, Matt came in as the most reasonable and with the superior product. The crew always arrived when they said they would and very courteous. The end product was above and beyond our expectations. I will definitely use Fletcher again for future projects, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great quality and great prices.

Great work

From the first time Matt came out he set himself apart from the competition with an unusually high level of professionalism.  Matt took the time to listen to what my wife and I wanted and made recommendations about what the best solution would be for our budget.  Key phrase here is that he listened to us, he wasn't trying to up-sell or pressure us into something that we didn't want or need.  He honestly wanted to get us the best product for what we needed.  He listened so well as a matter of fact that as we were in the designing phase of the project he remembered me I will eventually be adding a large concrete wrap around patio to the home.  He calculated the bottom of the stairs to the eventual height of the concrete instead of just finishing them to the existing grade which made a huge difference later when we poured the concrete, and the concrete came right to the bottom of the stairs.  It was awesome. Throughout the process, Matt's crew was fantastic, they took care of everything and were very informative.  They answered all of the random questions that I had and whenever I pointed out something that I didn't like, they simply changed it on the spot. I would recommend to any family member or friend, and several have already used him to build their decks.  They are equally pleased with the results.
