Tommy and David came out to repair a sprinkler. They were on time and very knowledgeable about how to perform the task. Completed very quickly and efficiently. Courteous and respectful.

When Tucker came out to give an estimate, he saw the backyard where I was having him work was a lot of lava rock. At that time he said he would need to rent a jackhammer, we agreed. When his workers came out they were trying to dig through the lava rock with shovels, which was a waste of time and effort. They also came out a day early and we were not prepared for them. I called Tucker and told him that the shovels weren?t going to work. I could hear them digging and hitting rock. At that point he took a very arrogant attitude saying he was going to pull his workers off the job and he did. His attitude was arrogant and very poor communication skills. I would not recommend the service to anyone.

I hired Tucker in May to de-thatch my lawn and mow the front yard lawn every two weeks. The first time Tucker was at my house de-thatching my lawn, he cut down an established tree, without telling me. I texted him, letting him know he accidentally cut it down, and he stated that it was standing when he left. He eventually admitted that his "bagger" must have knocked it over. I took photos of the tree and asked Tucker to replace the tree with an established one like the one that was there. I sent him photos, and he saw the tree that was laying there. The tree he killed was most likely a an Ornamental Plum Tree or an Ornamental Cherry Blossom Tree. He replaced it with a Crabapple tree. For the record, I was going to be fine with that. I later noticed that when the Crabapple tree was planted, the hole was not dug deep enough, hence the roots were showing. I know this is bad for potential weather, insects, etc. I brought this to his attention, about the roots not being buried and he told me, "those are roots from the old tree that was there." This is untrue. In the meantime, Tucker ran over one of my Peony bushes when he didn't even need to be in that vicinity of my yard. I brought this to his attention and he didn't even acknowledge this. Additionally, when Tucker mows my lawn he throws the drip line into the street and doesn't put it back when he is done mowing. The water comes on and runs all out into the street, because of this. When I had asked Tucker for an invoice with the dates of service next to each entry, he copped a major attitude with me! I cannot recall being treated so rudely by someone who I have hired to do a job! Tucker sent me numerous emails and he stated that he doesn't want to work in a "toxic environment." He was not wiling to take ownership of his damages and shortcomings, instead, he was trying to gaslight ME into thinking I am a toxic environment as his customer. He fired ME! Tucker has a lot to learn when it comes to treating his customers with respect. Every incident I listed above was his doing, and HE is his own toxic environment.

He is the nicest person, and does a remarkable job. I would highly highly recommend him!!! Hes very hard-working and did the job thoroughly and very quickly! You will not be disappointed!!!
