Reviews
Write a ReviewThe pro got the job done as expected! Even though it took over 2 1/2 hours I was very satisfied with the job!
Michael did a great job! He was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable of his field. The job was done well, effectively and efficiently. His fee was reasonable. We will definitely hire him again if we have another electrical project.
I talked with him once about the fan. He said he would call me the week of April 13th to set up time to look at fan. Never called.
This did not go well. Michael is friendly and sounds knowledgeable if you personally don?t know very much about electrical theory and code. I hired him to replace some outlets around my house and a few GFCI breakers in my panel. He spent a full day at my house and when he left, I did not have power to half of my house (including my kitchen and home office!) and he could not figure out how to fix it. I ended up hiring another company the next day, and they informed me that Michael did several things that are not usual or recommended/safe or up to code. I debated posting this review as I believe Michael is kind and well-intentioned, but I would hate for someone else to be put in the position I was. I am fortunate that I had the funds to hire the second electrician, after also paying Michael, to fix everything that Michael did wrong; not everyone has the money to spend to fix things twice!
The jobs were completed promptly.
We hired him from Angi?s List to install a new quad outlet in the garage. Told me he would be here at 10:00 last Saturday morning. Finally arrived at 10:30. I had told him on the phone the job would involve going into the attic, but he had no ladder, glad I had a small one. Found a couple of other small jobs. Total bill for little over 2 hours labor and supplies was over $400. Then I find out the next day the outlet didn?t work, Had to contact him to come back out, which he couldn?t do for a week and then charged me another $150 (I?m fine with paying for the supplies) but I have a problem with paying labor for him to fix something that I thought I paid for the previous week. All in all, just for a new outlet I paid $460. $310 for the first job (the balance was for the other items I asked him to look at) and $150 for the return trip.
Michael was pretty sure what the problem was from talking to me on the phone. He came on time and prepared with the necessary tools and part to make the repair. His fee was very reasonable and the work was excellent. I will call him again if I have any more electrical problems!
Incredible! I can’t recommend him enough!
Michael patiently explained the problem and resolved each one professionally with an impressive level of quality. Have plans for his next project!
He did not have any equipment and was not prepared. I had to purchase the materials for him.
