5 Star Heating and Air is a phenomenal company!!!! Brandon represents the name of his company; he’s a “5-STAR” young man who truly knows the business of Heating and Air Conditioning!!!! I am extremely pleased with their response time to my initial call, the timely manner in their performance of the repair issues that needed to be done...and, most importantly, their professionalism they demonstrated at my home. I would highly recommend this company....so much so that I would do a commercial for their company!!! Their company is well-named, “5 Stars!!!!”

Very communicative! (More than I need, but better to err on the side of being educated!) Quick response time, reasonably priced. My air conditioning is blowing cool, and my house is back to normal. Very pleased.

He does like to explain and communicate what he is doing so there are no surprise charges before he continues and you're right about better to get the info and not be surprised or even shocked when billing time comes. I'm working with him to slow it, cause the customer really doesn't need to know everything about air conditioning. If I could I would hire someone he could train. The times are not right at this time. They would be a good asset for learning with him.


Brandon arrived right on time. As he worked on the systems he explained everything to me in detail. I asked questions and got answers immediately. He wasn't pushy about selling me this or that.After he was finished, he put things back and cleaned up the areas he was working in. He even wiped down the furnace. VERY nice young man. I'd highly recommend 5 Star Heating & Air.

Been using Five Star about 3 years now. Yesterday (4/10/19) was our annual check-up. The first year was an emergency, the heating system went out. Since it was so close to our spring cleaning/check-up, we had them do the service. Their prices were fair, they were always prompt. Our system is getting old and hoping to get a couple of more years out of it. But when it goes, Five Star will install a new unit.


They were very courteous and kept us informed about the progress of the work as it was being done.
