Making my house sparkle monthly since Feb. Shannon and her crew do really excellent work and take pride in what they do (so important). FYI, before they arrive I pickup anything that might obstruct their efforts as I am paying them to clean NOT tidy up my house, there is a difference. This helps them to be highly efficient and get the job done more thoroughly. They clean from top to bottom in every room and are diligent about attention to detail! Best of all Shannon encourages me to let her know if I'd like anything done differently. I highly recommend Five Star Cleaning Service.

This cleaning service was a huge disappointment. I was willing to pay more than my previous cleaner charged because the owner seemed to run a tight ship with her employees and wouldn't tolerate sloppy work. The floors of my house looked like they hadn't been touched. A small toy was lying on the floor when I left and it was still in exact spot when I returned, confirming the floor hadn't been cleaned. I complained to owner and rather than apologize she disputed my claims. Apparently she's unaware of the importance of customer service.

Upon first meeting with you, you did express your dissatisfaction with your cleaners method of steaming your laminate and wood floors and I assured you Five Star does not use floor steamers. When receiving your non verbal communication expressing your dissatisfaction, an immediate apology was given. I assured you that your entire main floor; kitchen, dining, living, master suite, powder room and front entry were indeed vacuumed with a hard floor attachment. As well as the laminate flooring having been wet mopped with Bona Laminate Floor Solution.

Shannan has been cleaning my house weekly for six months. She does a nice job; not sure if it is her or her daughters or some random employee that I have not met. I am a full time working mother with a 2 and 1 year old. I got a text out of the blue saying that my toy room and clean laundry was too much for her employees to handle and was terminated immediately. She did not try to discuss more conducive ways to work together. She made me feel terrible about my home and it is already difficult to ask for help as it is.

The best service I have ever dealt with. Shannan and Diana were efficient, thorough and professional. They left my home sparkling clean without a high chemical smell. It is just fresh!I would highly recommend 5 star cleaning services. They will be back in two weeks!

Friendly, efficient, detailed, flexible in scheduling. She comes in and gets right to cleaning. Always asks if there is anything special you want done. So detailed and through. After she leaves the house smells fresh and clean, does not smell of cleaning supplies. Shannon is wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone. Great job each time. Just can't say enough about her and the job she does.

They come in and get right to work and get the house clean. Pleasant clean smell not a strong smell like pine sol. Pleasant and professional to work with.
