Five Star Bath Solutions of Memphis

This company does not live up to the name! The sales consultant will deceive you just to get the sale. They do not provide the services they said they would. The owner will ignore the work agreed to, and later state that they do not offer the services. The owner picked up the check stating the work has been completed. We did not get to see the inspections of wood and mold after the tub and shower had been removed, a service paid for. They say pictures exist but they have not shared them with us. The water supply to the vanity did not work. The directional valve for the shower/tub does not work properly. The water pressure is low, but fine every where else in the home. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Love yourself and use someone else!

The installer Juan was outstanding, customer service, professional, and courteous, efficient. Picked up after himself, showed up when he said he was going to. Followed up to make sure that we liked it was outstanding Completed on time and in the timeframe that was quoted. Couldn’t have asked for better service would definitely reuse his company again. Thank you Juan our walk-in shower looks outstanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was extremely impressed with the installers of my new shower Juan & his brother from 5 star bath. They were very professional, very detailed. They worked very hard 2 complete the job & when the finished they actually cleaned up behind themselves. This was very important 2 me because often times worker leave behind a mess you have 2 clean but not Juan & his brother. I appreciate them leaving the area clean like they found it. Thanks 2 Juan & his brother from 5 star bath for doing such a good job!
