My install tech, Jake, did a great install on my beautiful walk-in shower. No leaks. No issues. Jake kept me informed every step of the way and worked continuously until job was complete.

UPDATE: We have a shower! One that looks SO much better and no longer leaks into our laundry room. Steven of Always There Home Repair and his assistant were amazing, timely, professional,and clean while the glass guys did a quick measure after few days and install the glass wall/door within a couple weeks. Y'all have helped restore some faith in the world and my sanity. THANK YOU Tad and Sean have been excellent getting us ready for our new shower. Very professional and respectful. Hopeful the project goes as smoothly during installation.

Great job by Evan and Dillon! Evan made sure my husband checked with the boss for any decision made. Although, Evan’s suggestions were what we went with every time. Evan was very accommodating by setting the schedule so my husband could complete the wiring necessary for our new toilet and heat lamp. When they were done, the bathrooms sparkled! Highly recommend!

Had a little difficulty on the installl.-tub to shower conversion. Installation measurements were not per the dimensions of the design (side walls were also completely incorrect , as one side was 30â deep and the other was 35). Not sure how that could go unnoticed. We altered the design to minimize the necessary work, as the project was several days in (and the amount of clean-up that was needed to be done by the homeowner after day two (dust everywhere in everything on the mail floor) we really wanted to minimize any more works days than necessary and by changing the design, it greatly lessened any additional cutting. Drywall repair was needed and it was very difficult to get the company to respond (the drywall repair was done very well by the company they contract with)., Would have expected a small return of the cost based on our accommodations and the missteps of the company.. It does look pretty nice, but there are small signs that the install was not quite as planned.

The installers, John and Isaac, were friendly and courteous and replaced our old shower in a day. They covered the floors from the doorway to the bathroom with drop clothes and were very conscientious about performing their work without trashing the rest of the bathroom. They were in and out in about seven hours and the install looks great and we're very happy with the new shower. The entire process was painless.

Bathtub removed and walk in shower installed. Only hiccup was the curtain rod which wasn't installed until after the tension rod fell twice. Rod wasn't installed at the desired height either but it will work with a shorter curtain.

Job was done with good quality material earlier than originally scheduled. We are pleased with the bath to shower conversion.
