Crew leader (Anthony B) and his team (Jordan F, Tim Q) were professional, friendly, organized, knowledgeable. They worked hard from 8am-6pm with one short break. They cleaned up perfectly, informed me in detail of everything they were doing, were patient with my numerous questions. I would recommend FSM, and especially this crew, without reservations."

"Service was great ! Mike from PermaDry was very honest he didn't try to over charge me for anything I didn't need. We have been so happy with no leaks in basement since they replaced my sump pump. The workers were very professional cleaned up very nicely when they were done. We are extremely happy, the price was very reasonable as well."
