First Time Acoustic Pro came for an estimate the day after receiving the request. Verbal estimate with later adjustments - all reasonable as changes have been made as work was proceeding, was done reasonably and partnered in the decision process. Demo work and and installation began the next day. PRO has worked with our schedule, limitations, and supply chain issues as multiple projects were ongoing in the area that prevented. Pro is very willing to work around our remodeling projects and work is still not completed, but as a result of the client needing to make changes after initial grid was installed. These changes included the need to move sprinkler heads and install new lighting that had to be completed first. Delays outside of the PRO's control due to supply chain issues of the UPGRADED material being purchased. Pro was able to source some of the product and will install this week to complete construction activity in a specific area that must be completed while waiting on the rest of the material. . I highly recommend First Time Acoustics for their willingness to work through multiple stages of a project preventing a quick completion, their quick response, and immediate ability to begin work.
