I have had Jerry work on my apartment building in Lincoln Square a few times now. He always did an excellent job and was very honest about pricing. What I also really appreciated is that he was very direct about what small jobs I could do myself (if I wanted to), which things he did not really think I needed to spend money on now, and which things were more urgent. Highly recommended!

Was quoted $1240 for a job that would take three hours to complete thinking this was a fairly difficult job to do. They completed it in an hour. Seems like they over charged me about $1000. Would definitely not recommend this company. When I complained about the job they told me they would sit in their van for another two hours to make it three hours total.
