I have hired at least a dozen home inspectors to buy properties throughout the United States and by far, Ed is the most experienced, dedicated, most professional home inspector I've ever encountered! Best decision I have ever made as a homeowner and or seller. The inspector was professional, informative, and most courteous. I'm grateful for the services provided. Ed was down to earth and paid close attention to detail. He was able to inform us about several safety issues that we weren't aware of, which allowed us to get those issues resolved quickly. He was very courteous and provided great detail in his reports so that we really knew what we were getting. Will definitely be using him again on future inspections.
