Andy is the man. Super professional yet very friendly and comfortable to talk to. He did some major drywall repairs in our finished basement when our dishwasher leaked gallons of water all over the upstairs kitchen floor. Andy and I still keep in touch on a personal level because heâ s that much of a genuinely friendly and honest guy. Do not hesitate. Andy knows his stuff and is beyond a pleasure to work with.

Andy put in a new kitchen, new bathroom and new closet for us. He was meticulous and very detail oriented with every thing he did. He tiled back splash for our kitchen and also put in a brand new tile shower, both which came out perfectly. His work is 2nd to none and he genuinely cares about the work he is doing and the people he is doing it for. He was always willing and able to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process, and was very responsive at any time during the day if we did need something. He was extremely easy to work with and all of the work was done with extreme precision. He was on time each day and cleaned up whatever he was working on that day to leave the house in perfect shape. The most important thing to Andy, outside of doing a great job, was that we were happy with the end result and we could not have been more thrilled. We will be using Andy in the future for any and all of our home needs.

We just completed a deck replacement with Andy at our home. It looks fantastic! But even better than that, Andy has been the easiest contractor to work with! He comes when he says! His price is so fair, and there’s no hidden costs that pop up. He is completely transparent regarding everything and his work is impeccable. Andy the owner proved true to his word. Arrived on time every day, worked straight through each day. Exceedingly neat and very professional. Was a pleasure to have him work in our home for the 4 days, exactly the time he estimated. Andy Stockholm, owner, was prompt in returning my call and scheduling his visit to give me an estimate for replacing the floor of my front porch. He was able to schedule the work sooner than originally expected. Despite problems obtaining materials, he arrived when promised and completed the job ahead of schedule. Mr. Stockholm was so professional and explained what he was doing thoroughly. This was the second job for which I had hired Mr. Stockholm. The first was the installation of new hand rails on the same porch. He really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him to others and will definitely hire him again myself. I can see all the other reviews are five-star as well! He deserves all the stars!

Not only did Andy do a great job he corrected what the last person did wrong. He went up on our roof with my husband and showed us all the nail holes and shingles that were put on wrong. We had leaks in our new porch addition with a brand new roof installed. Now Andy closed in our porch roof and new floor installed. He also sheet rocked the interior wall. Did not have to go behind him and cleanup hippee. When he fixed roof I actually cried with tears of joy. Highly recommend him

Had a number of honey do projects that I just couldnâ t get to myself. Home advisor suggested along with others First Class Home Improvement from Milford, Pa. Andy Stockholm (owner) came to my home and gave me an estimate on some masonry, tile and kitchen cabinet work that needed to be done. The estimate was extremely fair and the projects were scheduled. All The projects were completed with a high degree of professionalism. Everything was completed on time and all things look great. Andy is very neat and clean while working and has a very warm personality. I would highly recommend Andy and his company for any projects you may have....

Andy did excellent work. He did the entire Kitchen remodel from removal of the old kitchen and install of the new kitchen. He also did the tile flooring, molding, trim and plumbing. He is a true craftsman. Andy is courteous, on time and trustworthy. We are in awe of the work he did and love our new kitchen. We are having him return for our deck addition later this year.
