A little sloppy, tore up some of my grass in the front of my house when storing the cut up pieces of the tree . Also stump not completely removed. Didn't notice with all the wood chips.

Came on time and with a group of men and did what I asked.

They came got down to business and was finished as fast as they came, it was fabulous. I showed them the tree in the back of the house and they took care of it and i was happy.

They were professional and did the work in a timely fashion with everything completed to my satisfaction. The job from start to finish went very well and I intend to use them again if needed.

They removed a large tree in my backyard. They arrived promptly and completed the job as agreed. The only issue I had was that the trucks had to access a very large grass area on my property. The weight from the trucks and the tires caused large sunken areas and holes that I had to fill. The cleanup could have been a little better also. I learned from another post to make sure you communicate if you want the wood chips removed. That was an additional cost; otherwise, I would have had a large mountain of wood chips.

Instead of trimming my tree they completely chopped of the branches all the way to the trunk. This tree grows on my neighbors property so needless to say, they were completely upset. The integrity and stability of the tree was being questioned. Now the tree looks completely uneven and needs to be trimmed on the neighbors side which was not the original intent of the job. My neighbors are now filing a complaint with both counties in Long Island against me and the company. Furthermore, there was a tree stump grind that was done and after they did it they left all the ground up remains in place and didn?t clean it up. This experience has been traumatic and is ongoing with my neighbor. I tried to get the company?s input on the situation and they just insist that what they did was correct. I wish I never went through with this job.

These guys are good. They removed a tree and trimmed a few others. They were very professional and cleaned up nicely.
