Angie's list recommended them to me. I called Greg to request an estimate on installing a new boiler. Greg and Ben arrived when they said they would., Very professional gentlemen. After looking over my system and chatting a bit Greg made a couple of boiler recommendations. He sent me the quotes in a couple of days as he stated. I felt they were Very reasonable quotes but due to inflation we're a little more than I was planning on. I agreed on one , Greg ordered the boiler and told me he would call when it came in. About 10-12 days Greg called, said the boiler was in ,they had it assembled at the shop and could they bring it up that afternoon. They arrived when they said, got the boiler in the basement and said they would be back in the a.m. to install. When they arrived I asked if they minded me watching just see if I could p/u some pointers. What a pleasure to watch these 2 men work together. Very professional,,kept a very neat work area and paid exceptional attention to straight, level, and plum piping.When they finished Greg went over operation of the boiler and answered any questions I had. I will use them in the future as needed and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Gregg replaced my 30 year old conventional boiler with a brand new Energy Kinetics System 2000. I was reluctant at first, because I did not really know much about heating systems, but Gregg discussed all my options and, considering my budget, left the decision up to my best judgement. I never felt a bit of pressure. Truly, you could not ask for a more knowledgeable and experienced technician. Once I decided upon this system, Gregg and Ben arrived exactly at the appointed hour, and did a beautiful job of installing my new system in less than a day. The work was neat and professional, and they left the job cite clean and tidy. From beginning to end, I felt these were very decent fellows, and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend their service to anyone. I am a satisfied customer.

Personable and professional

Gregg and Ben called to say they were on the way and arrived precisely at the scheduled time to clean my oil fired furnace. They obviously knew what they were doing and had the job done in half an hour. They left me with peace of mind and confidence that my furnace will be trouble free. I feel very fortunate to have my furnace failure resolved by First Choice. I knew it was in trouble last spring but I thought is was something could be fixed by a checkup. My bad! It turned out to be a leak in the 20 year old heat exchanger requiring a new furnace. I knew I was in trouble because the cold had arrived. Gregg was the first one out for eval and went over the options. A couple days later I got his estimate. A couple hours after that, he notified me of a schedule opening. My new, high quality furnace went in a couple days later. First Choice made the process painless and I learned a lot. Couldn't have asked for a better process!
