I had a beautiful Willow oak in my front yard that showed severe signs of stress and disease. This is the first year it ever looked as bad as it does and I was desperate. I called my own landscaper as well as others but no one seemed to have the time to look what was going on. So I took a shot and went on Angie's list and saw pest professionals. It was on a weekend and I sent a note for him to contact me. Less than half hour later he did. He came out. Took a look at what was going on and was able to diagnose the problem right away. Tim and Ryan worked immediately to try to help and save this gorgeous 16 plus foot oak. He also diagnosed a few other trees and took care of them as well. He has been extremely proactive, informative, and certainly knows his field better than any pest professional I have ever met. My husband and I were so impressed by him and his fund of knowledge that we hired him to take care of our termite and pest control, as well as our flowering trees and shrubs.

Efficient-Honest-Dependable-Knowledgeable and Direct ! These are all the things you want and need when you hire a professional. We hired Tim to take care of an animal that gotten into our attic. He did just that! But wait there’s more! Turns out if you’re using any company/provider other than Tim’s you’re clearly not protected from bugs/ pests/ termites etc. We used the same company for 7years and we weren’t getting anything we paid for in protection - nothing ! We won’t use anyone except Tim from here out We highly recommend his Team for your Home or Business concerns He is very personable and will answer any and every question you have regarding pests and or controlling them. We feel safe now under the care of Tim and Ryan With the amount of knowledge he has -not only the insects/bugs etc. -but also the solutions and material it takes to control them . My home is the roosing place for a large flock of Vultures and despite all of my efforts I had not been able to deter them from camping out on my roof. They were tearing things up on the property an leaving poop everywhere. As a result I have become known as the Vulture Lady. I contacted three pest control vendors and two looked at my problem then never came back or provided a quote. Tim on the other hand let me know that this would be no problem. He took the time to educate me about the fedral protection that these birds enjoy and how not to violate that protection. Two solutions were proposed. A propain canon and roof spikes. Tim was understanding when I rejected the canon despite the fact that it did get rid of the birds. We then installed the spikes and problem solved. Thanks Tim for working with me through this process.

I had a great experience with The Pest Professionals. I had quite a bit of communication with Tim before deciding to use this company for my termite control treatment. He is professional, direct, honest, extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding pests, control, treatments and chemicals. The price for doing my termite control treatment was very reasonable and very competitive. My job was scheduled quickly and was done thoroughly. I was very pleased with their chemical application process. The Pest Professionals offered me a more effective, less expensive, longer term solution for termite control. I recommend touching base with this company before making any decision on a pest control company for termites or any other needs you have. I think you will be glad you did. I will definitely be using this company and will be in touch with Tim on any future pest control needs I may have.

The owner was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met and not only the field of trees and shrubs but mainly pest control and overall maintenance of the entire yard. In all my years of dealing with people and many different industries, he is by far light years ahead of everyone else. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for any type of pest control or advice on trees and shrubs.

I called The Pest Professionals when I had a serious problem with fleas. I have 3 cats and they were frantically scratching and getting bit. Tim called me that very day with a plan to get rid of my problem. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas and I was very impressed. Tim was happy to share his expertise with me. He came out right away and sprayed my home to eliminate the odor in my home. He was very anxious to help me and returned to my home to spray and eliminate the flea problem. He showed me how to comb my pets to remove fleas from their fur and bodies and how to use the best products. I was very happy with his honesty and willingness to help me. I am very happy with my experience with Tim and Les. They were very through and glad to help.
