ABSOLUTE SCAM. Said my A/C unit had ?recalled coils? that could not be replaced and that there was a very obvious indication of a leak. They also said that my thermostat was functioning but not properly. They said I had two options; to ?gas it up? and hope for the best or get a new unit of which they quoted me $16,500. Wanting a second opinion I called two other companies for quotes. BUMBLE BREEZE showed up and the supervisor immediately said that what I described made no sense. He changed out of his dress shoes and climbed on my roof. Once he came back down he said Fetch-a-Tech lied to me. There is NO recall on any part of my 8 year old unit. There is NO leak. And my thermostat works just fine. The second company showed up and confirmed what Bumble Breeze said. They even went a step further and said I was the third client to have an issue with FETCH-A-TECH trying to rip me off. Luckily, I was smart enough to call for a second opinion. This company installed a brand new daikin system on my home 7/2023 and the compressor is failing already it sounds like a bomb when starting up they came out fifteen times the last year and said they couldnâ t find anything wrong. Recently they came out and said their system is failing because of ductwork and said it would be another 11k to install ductwork. Donâ t use this company if you donâ t want a headache and a lot of money lost
