Tl;dr: Very happy with Ferreira pools and plan to continue working with him in the future! Longer versionâ ¦ 2024 is the first year I worked with Elbio to open and close my pool and I definitely will be requesting his services next year. I had issues with my previous pool company on timings of opening/closing dates, and Elbio was able to meet my needs. In addition to opening/closing, I also had an issue with a cracked chlorinator and Elbio was quick to help with the repair.

Very professional and excellent service, Elbio opened and cleaned my inground. He also closed the pool. In addition, he always arrives on time.and his rates are very reasonable . He is the best!

Two wrong motors ordered for the pool and one we could not return based on Elbios recommendation. The pool was closed last year by him. The pool water was murky and never changed through June and July. We hired a new service that fixed the pool within a few days .

You wife order the wrong motor, you pay me only half of the money I charge you, because I tell you if you not pay me, I take you to the court, I remember you hiding every time, coors when you call the other company get clear right away, because I was there in you pool every day for one month, take the debris with the net and doing back wash, you pool have a lot of debris because you never clean the year before, you do not want to pay for service but you never clean you pool for 3 months, good luck buddy , I hope you have money for take care you pool and pay to the people, remember when you send your kids to answer the door and say you was busy.

I was contacted within minutes of submitting my request to Home Advisor to address my pool needs. Elbio offered to stop by & check out what needed to be done. I wasnt home but as soon as he looked at my pool he called me & gave me a price. I was happy with what he quoted me. He came by the very next day and started the project. He returned the following day & finished up. He was thorough & extremely knowledgeable with everything. In fact, the company that closed my pool last season made a few mistakes but Elbio addressed them at no additional charge. He was very personable. We talked about our families. I mentioned to him that I would like for him to open & close my pool each year. He will be returning in the fall to close it. He told me to contact him if there were any issues. So far, none. But I know I can count on him if there happens to be any in the future. You will not regret if you hire him for your pool needs. I recommend him without reservations.
