The process was easy and the team was flexible. Response rate and follow up via email, Home Advisor Chat, or text was great. My schedule is hectic and always changes. Leo was accommodating, and they were able to complete the work on schedule once we landed on a date. We have aluminum siding and they took appropriate measures to clean it properly. Also, they power washed our old deck and got rid of any moss, mildew or stains. I would use their services again. Thanks

The young man who came to my house was very polite, explained what he would do and did a very nice job on the roof and cleaned up all of the debri afterwards.

I left work to be home for their window of 1-3 pm. 3 came and went, no call or text. They showed up at 3:30. They apologized, were very nice and did a good job cleaning the house and deck. I questioned why they did not use a ladder (my house is three stories in the back) and they said they could just spray from the ground. Before they left I noticed some brown streaks on the siding, and they said they were stains that would not come out. The problem with that was, high pressure water shot up under the siding and the next day there were stains running down all around my house. They did offer to come fix the problem but I was so mad I went out with a mop and took care of it myself.
