They also gave me a 3 month warranty on the work they performed which also included replacing the seal strips on both sides of the garage door. I would be glad to recommend them to anyone who experiences a garage door problem.

In the process of installing the weather stripping at the bottom the door, the door became misaligned and would not close completely. (There are two brackets at the bottom of the door that secure the cables to the door. The one bracket with four bolts came off easily. The second bracket did not come off easily. After pulling on the bracket a number of times, it was realized a bolt was still holding the bracket to the door. This is where the door mostly became misaligned. After the bolt was taken out, the bracket came off.) After adjusting some brackets, increasing the spring tension, increasing the motor torque, the door close completely but the motion of the door was jerky and not smooth like before the weather stripping was installed. After the service person, I disengaged the door from the drive chain and manually move the door up and down. I could feel the door bind in the track about a foot from the bottom the garage floor. I left the door disengage from the chain drive but I block off the door so that there is no entry to house from the outside. Now I have to find someone who can align the door properly so the door is not binding in the tracks thus reducing the spring tension and motor torque needed to open and close the door.
