Great company - they provided a timely competitive estimate, showed up on time, completed the job on time (2 new AC units and furnaces) and when they left one would have never known they were there/ totally cleaned up . Successfully faced the challenge of installing a complex two zone HVAC system in my single zone forced air home. They also installed state of the art control equipment that allows me to manage home climate wherever there is internet access. Justin and Manny have established an efficient installation system and their crew clearly reflects insistence on professionalism and customer service.

Excellent mechanical work but an egregious lapse in service. Great A/C work done by technician Kirk, but after he left the job, we lost hot water. Not a coincidence as we have never lost hot water before. Worse, we could not reach the business for three days of leaving messages on owner Justins cell, in office, on machine- inexcusably and inexplicably answering machine was full. At a business? Excuses and apologies were made by very nice people, but in the end they did not compensate us for the inconvenience of no hot water and their inaccessibility over three days.

We just hired Family Heating & Air Conditioning to replace 2 Fujitsu mini-split systems. Justin came out and was courteous, respectful and on-time. The quote was equal and better than others who came to look at the job. They’ll be installing in June and I’ll add to this after completion.

I have used family businesses many times and find that there is a huge difference in every aspect from beginning to end. I am completely satisfied with the estimate, installation and the tutorial.
