Unique Home Design & Remodeling

I want to share my experience with Unique Home Design & Remodeling because after a while of hesitating, checking and trying to make a decision of if I should start the remodeling of my kitchen I want to write that my decision was right on. I truly didn't know what to do so I searched online and saw several home improvement companies but the prices were a little high. When I met with Unique Home Design & Remodeling, I was clarified at first how easy it is. I was very happy after my meeting and quote with them and I was wondering if it's possible. At the third meeting, they presented me several designs and the price for each one of them. I went ahead with them and I hired them for my kitchen remodeling project. Honestly after the kitchen was completed, I really don't want to eat out no more lol! I love my new kitchen more than the other spaces of my house.

We are very satisfied with the remodeling project Unique Home Design & Remodeling with the supervision of the project manager David did at our house. The remodeling project included the installation of new stone flooring, shag carpet, new cabinet, countertops new appliances and paint. Our home looks so different and thats because the wonderful work that was done by this company and the skills of David who brought to us several recommendations in which we decided to adopt and accept made the project move faster and with much better results.

We just wanted to provide our point of view about Unique Home Design & Remodeling for the outstanding job that they did at our house. We have worked with several contractors in the past and Unique Home Design & Remodeling were the best experience we have had by far. Our Project Manager Sol, was very helpful and handy. He was with us each step of the way. If we had a comment or question, Sol had an answer. We felt that everything he did was to our best interest. More than that, Sol never pressured us to do anything although he kept providing us with more ideas and solutions to the issues that were raised up during the work. The results of our new kitchen is by far higher than what we expected. We would highly recommend Unique Home Design & Remodeling and Sol to anyone. His experience and personality made this kitchen remodeling a pain free project.

We hired Unique Home Design & Remodeling few months ago and we just finished our entire home remodeling project. We researched, met and interviewed few of other remodeling companies before we decided to hire Unique Home Design & Remodeling and we couldn't be happier and more satisfied with our great decision. We love David and the ideas/solutions that he brought to the project. His design team was perfect for us and they always had a few options for us to think of before we took the right decision. We've noticed very clear that everyone on the job was skilled and professional in his own trade and specialty. They did a perfect job by keeping the house as clean as they could and they were very respectful of our space. We remodeled our entire house including the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, garage, laundry room and bedrooms!!! We are super happy with the new house that we got and the complete transformation of it. Unique Home Design & Remodeling are highly recommended and we already recommended them to few of our friends.

Sol was the Unique Home Design & Remodeling project manager for the recent kitchen and bathroom renovation that we recently did and his team of skilled and hardworking did a wonderful job. We greatly recommend Unique Home Design & Remodeling and mainly Sol, The working crew and the office staff that was involved in our project and we will hire them again for any additional remodeling project in our house. Sol was the project manager on both remodeling projects (kitchen and bathroom), did a perfect designing job for the kitchen space by using most of the existing space with features that we needed and wanted for a while now. From start to end, the extra attention that Sol put to all the details of both projects was more than what we were looking for. He always gave wonderful ideas and suggestions and he made sure that we are happy with all the decisions about both renovations. We love both projects very much! The kitchen and the bathroom got a completely brand new look and they are very functional for our needs. It makes us very happy each time any of us walk into any of them!

We needed to remodel our 2 bedrooms and kitchen in Alameda and needed the remodeling to be done fast because we needed to move in ASAP. David at Unique Home Design & Remodeling came over to the house and met with us. After checking and chatting the options, we knew right away that we will hire him and all we needed to do is to wrap the price so it will fit our budget. David understood clearly our ideas and fears which were a great tool for him to provide us with many great suggestions that saved us time and money with the remodeling project. His knowledge about all the remodeling aspects and his honesty were a huge plus. We know that many contractors always give you a low quotes and ending up with higher prices so in our case we feel fortunate that we didn't experienced that.

We have worked with Unique Home Design & Remodeling in the past. This time we hired them on a project that included expanding the back of the house. The project included a new laundry room, 2 bathrooms and a new bedroom. We are happy with the work that they did. The work was done on time (based on the scheduled) and they completed it a little bit before the schedule. The price for this work was good compare to the quality of the work. The care from the supervisor (Sol) to the small details was outstanding and we felt that we had the company full devotion. Unique Home Design & Remodeling tried their best to speed up the remodeling so they will complete it on time and because the workers couldn't work for few days due to deliveries of some materials and some permits issues. Everyone at Unique Home Design & Remodeling's customer service is very nice and Sol's over backward to help. Two thumbs up to Leslie. Over all would strongly recommend Unique Home Design & Remodeling for bigger project.

Working with the Unique Home Design & Remodeling's team was a huge pleasure during each step of the remodeling and every phase of our remodeling which included the complete remodeling of our master bathroom, laundry room and the entry of our house. Their ideas, design, implementation and attention to all the details even the smallest ones of the construction was excellent in every way. We highly recommend their entire team and we do urge everyone to hire them for any home remodeling projects such as ours.
