Carlos and his family do an AMAZING job! Our project was slated for 3-4 weeks and they had it done in 2. They are extremely detail oriented and went above and beyond what we were expecting. Carlos checked in regularly and made sure we were happy with the direction the project was going. We made a few small tweaks along the way and he was very accommodating. The job was so well completed that our neighbors decided to have Fresh Start Painting do their house as well.

Carlos and team were prompt and professional from our first meeting. They were very detail oriented and ensured that the trim was done right, no spots were missed and we were satisfied with their job. They were able to patch a couple nagging exterior issues around our house. They were even nice enough to re-position the house numbers (my wife hated the old location). There was an issue with the paint color because we picked a body color that was too light for exterior paint. Keeping an open line of communication, Carlos got a little darker color paint suitable for external paint while still meeting our criteria of keeping the color fairly light all while keeping us in the loop so we knew of the change as well. Carlos and his team exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. Not only did they do an extraordinary job on the work we had contracted for (i.e., exterior repaint of our house, repaired areas of dry rot, pressure wash & seal our driveway, & and pressure wash & stain our deck), they also did other small jobs unasked, like removing old, unused cable that was still attached to our house, pressure washed and sealed our sidewalk & porch slab, edged our yard, etc.). They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and were unfailing patient and accommodating with our not-infrequent interruptions and questions. Our house looks beautiful! Fresh Start Painting is an excellent company! We would happily hire them again, and we recommend them unreservedly!
