Freddy's Gutters

I saw this company working in my subdivision, and I decided to hire them to install Gutter Guards at my home on top of my gutters. The scope of work started on 12/30/2023. Freddy and his crew were very accommodating from the very beginning, however, after they completed the scope of work, I noticed that they had damaged some of my roof shingles during the installation of the Gutter Guards. They also did not clean out a gutter downspout that I had mentioned to them as not draining and to make sure that they cleaned out this downspout. - I provided the roof shingles to them and they came back out the following day and made the repair to my roof (Installed new roof shingles that I provided on top of the damaged roof shingles). - I have called, texted, and emailed Freddy and his agent, Bianca Medina Calderon numerous times since 12/30/2023, asking them to return to clean out the clogged gutter downspout that I had previously pointed out to them before hiring. - They promised to fly a drone above my roof to provide a video of their installation. That also did not occur. I have made arrangements with another company to correct the issues that they did not repair. I think that I may have gotten in contact with a good quality company today that I can trust to hopefully correct my concerns. Freddys Gutters Installation & Repair needs to improve customer service and honor committments made to their customers. This company deserves no Stars on this rating review!! I should take legal action, but Ive decided that I dont want them on my property EVER again. I do not recommend for anyone to hire this company!

Installed gutters for me in March 2022. After a hard rain, gutters were overflowing. Tried to call them multiple times for service so they can come to look at the gutters. Left 7 messages and not one response. Very disappointed and would not recommend them.

Biannca, Freddy and the crew are just wonderful. They were quick and very knowledgeable of the process. So glad I finally pulled off the bandaid and spent this money on the gutters. No more worry about overflow. My gutters were entirely too small for the house and since the replacement, the house even looks better! I would highly recommend them and thank you for taking care of my home.

This company showed up on time and performed the worked on my gutters that were needed. They also reinforced my gutters with new brackets to ensure they were stronger and more secure to handle future water roof roll-off from heavy rains. Representative Bianca (from the company) provided a clear list & action plan for work to be done and scheduled team to perform work around my travel schedule. Chuck M.

A Freddyâ s Gutters representative (Bianca) came to our house right away- on a Sunday- and explained everything to us, worked with our painters, and delivered beautifully! I have very high standards and they exceeded my expectations at EVERY turn! These guys are the best investment you will make.
