Had an old deck which they removed totally and built a new one from the ground up. Now we can use the space

Working with the team was great. Started with some interior work needed in a tight turn around line in order to complete prior to moving trucks arrival. The team worked well, were respectful and did quality work. They did painting, crown molding, installed new water heater, electrical changes installing multiple new lights along with a re- wire of a room that needed soffit and drywall updates. Changes and minor updates they did with no issue and were just gentleman and gentle women- even showing me how to use a drill. They were able to provide suggestion on ways to approach the work. Then added scope as the project they also took on updating 2 story deck ( Trex- cable railing) and installing garage shelving. Highly recommend!

Emanuel Leascu and his team totally replaced our old tiled deck into a fabulous modern Timbertech deck with infinity glass. It looks fabulous and we can’t praise them enough! 5 stars for sure!!!

Actually it was a new water heater - a huge 74 gallon one which they accurately diagnosed as needing to be replaced. Actually I needed a new complete system (mine was 20 years old!!). He was able to find an exact fit and completely removed (& discarded) the entire old system(s) with all its old connections etc and purchased and delivered and installed and tested my whole new system! Now no more cold showers! 👍😊 The photo is of the OLD system inside a room in the middle of our home on the lower floor. As you can see it was complicated with multiple hookups of gas and electric and blower and water in and out and a connecting whole house recirculating system! Done from start to finish in a single day and cleaned up and removed all the old stuff …. leaving us completely satisfied and with HOT water! 👍😊
