Adam was so helpful as we made our carpet selection. He was knowledge and patiently answered all of our questions. He told us what to expect at installation and it went as described! He even checked in while the install was going on. We felt like everyone at Floor Covering International cared about us and our satisfaction. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of Metro Nashville. From our initial contact with both Parker Higgins and Adam Surface, they went out of their way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Adam's insight to tile options, and his very personal demeanor were a key factor in selecting them as our provider. He met my wife multiple times at his selected tile shop to make sure she was happy with her selection of tile. The process from initial contact, through proposal to the ordering process was incredibly smooth. We'll definitely be using them again.

We had 26 year old carpet replaced which involved furniture moving, flooring and pad demo, new install and furniture setup. Updates where given as to timing of install and work was done very well and cleanup was also covered. Install, material and pricing was great. Thanks guys. You’ll hear from us again.
