A well informed, friendly, knowledgeable person showed up on time. He correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it with parts he brought with him. Even the cost was reasonable. What more could you possibly want? I would definitely use Extra AC and Heating again. In fact, today I am expecting his quote to replace the system.
