I have given this rating because the service man did a good job, but when the job was done and I was supposed to get my 20% off the job the tech ran my credit card but did not put in the discount. He called the office and they said that they would send me a check for the refund. Well they never sent the check and when I called them to inquire about it they did not care and have never sent a refund check. Angi is to blame also because I brought the problem to them and they would not try to help in any way. So I ask this question? Why should I continue to use the Angi service if they are not willing to stand up for there customer which is me? Why pay for a service that is supposed to help me get money off on a job but in the end they do nothing ? So I give Angi a one ? also! So you can stop sending me all the stupid emails about doing jobs and what jobs my neighbors are doing! If I decide to do another job I will get ahold of you if I want to. Or not!!
