He promptly provided me with a estimate which i found to be fair for the job. he provided me a detail draft for the work he was going to perform and completed the job as promised. Phillip's communication with me throughout the project was greatly appreciated and addressed any concerns i may have had. i would highly recommend phillip and his team to anyone requiring basement waterproofing.

Phillip exceeded our expectations in every way. He recommended a thorough yet common sense approach to our water problem and put into place extra safeguards to ensure it was taken care of. I was not made aware of the aestetic look of the work that was to be done and it was done in the front of my house under a permanent window, so I need to go to extra links to cover up the bad aestetic look.

Exterior Waterproofing was very professional and provided terrific service. Philip responded to our inquiry immediately and explained exactly what was needed and what they could do for our situation. He sent us a quote that encompassed all the work necessary for a good price. We scheduled the job and Philip was even able to come out earlier than scheduled to have the work completed.
