Al comes out himself to provide the estimate even though this was a very small job. He was able to respond quickly and performed the repair within a week. Was extremely happy with the work performed. And it didn't hurt that he's a really nice guy and was fun to talk to!

Fast, thorough, reasonably priced and easy to work with.

They were anxious to book the job, but not so anxious to do it right. I had to replace a fixed window in my living room -- part of a 4-panel arch. I sent them a picture, and they assured me they were experienced to do the job. Not at all. They installed the window, butchering the woodwork somewhat, and then left it with screws that were not counter-sunk, so impossible to hide. That's not how the other panes were installed, and obviously a botch job. I asked them to return to countersink those screws and make it a finished look. No luck. They took the check and never called back. And I ended up paying more than their quote. Wouldn't have minded if the work had been good. Very disappointed.
