Exterior Contractor

Called over to Exterior Contractors and got an estimate for a metal roof repair. Once estimate was signed the crew came out got material list and the next week they got everything finished. Daniel, Benjamin and his crew did a great job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The whole crew has been fantastic. Benjamin ( the owner) gave a very fair quote and worked with us regarding payments. He was very attentive to detail and getting the job done perfectly, which I really appreciate. He and his crew were honest and hard working. We interviewed 3 other companies before choosing them; prices were similar, and I am very glad we chose them. I highly recommend using them!

Benjamin came promptly and gave an estimate. They explained what would be needed. They started the work very quickly and cleaned all the debris from the roof and home repairs.

The first meeting I had with this company was when I needed a small repair to a leaking roof vent. They came when they said they would, repaired it expertly, at an excellent price. After that I wanted to replace my roof, it was 20 some year roof and naturally thought of Exterior Contractor. Made an agreement with the company about a month before the replacement date. The week before the work was supposed to start we got 12-14 inches of snow. The day before them starting they said that they would have to wait a couple of days for the remaining snow to melt. They came out two days later and most of the snow was gone but it was still extremely cold.They got up on the roof and stripped off the old shingles put on a new under layer, shingled over half the roof.the next day they came out and it was again very cold and finished the job. They did a great job cleaning up, nails, tar paper, bits of shingles, all part of a roofing job. I would recommend this this company to anyone. not only did a great job but was also very professional, returned calls promptly.

These people did not fix anything both times they came. The first time I paid them 250 they sealed vents that did not need to be sealed. They came back a second time for free because it's still leaking and again did not fix the problem. He was up on the roof and back down again so fast he could not have done anything at all. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy

Superb work. Flashing on 20-year-old stone/masonry chimney being partially rebuilt, along with some shingle replacement. Crew was professional and the results are far better than the original. Pleased with their interactions and promptness.

Benjamin was the first to call and his reviews were good, so I hired him. The workmen he employs do excellent work. My only complaint was a failure to communicate about cancellations or changes in schedule. He will also not be the least expensive.

They were quick to review our needs and promptly repaired the roof. No further roof leaks.
