Express Flooring Las Vegas

Couldn't be more pleased with Express Flooring. Jesus was our salesperson and was more than patient with my 6000 questions and helped us figured out something that fit my budget and was a miracle worker. We scheduled our install and they were accommodating when I needed to make last minute scheduling changes. More than anything else the quality of work was top tier. The workers who came to our house kicked some majors buns! Seriously. The ethic, the quality of workmanship, and their overall demeanor was awesome. I added some before and after photos, please ignore my bad photography skills. Ten out of Ten would recommend.

They did a great job on the installation of our new flooring throughout the entire house. unfortunately your review system doesn't allow for multiple types of flooring they did a great deal of carpet and laminate flooring. We would recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with my new flooring. And, it was completed in a timely manner.

Very good group of guys, with great work ethics. Showed up when they said to expect them and respected our family needs. Definitely would hire them again for future projects.

Could not be happier with the job that was done. The crew showed up early every morning and stayed late and was able to get the job done 1 day faster then originally planned. It was a big job lots of demo and dust but they had the house cleaned and all furniture put back. Would highly recommend.

Do Not give out as a reference as they do not honor it unless you fill out a W-9. We don't work there and this form is not required for a $300 reference bonus they offered. One friend did use them upon my referral and another friend was going to until they didn't back up their promise. Also, BUYER BEWARE, They will add extra charges for unnecessary work. I have pictures to prove it. Got a call an hour in a half after work was done, stating I owed them an extra $1500. to level my floor. If I could add picture I would!! Felt if I told them it wasn't necessary, they wouldn't honor the contract. Told him I wasn't paying it as the pictures prove it wasn't necessary. Got stuck paying $500. Feel very ripped off of $800.

This company tried to pull one over your head at every turn. Communication is terrible and they often will not call you back. The flooring install is the luck of your crew. My floors are uneven they didn't try to fix that but with a bit of grinding here or there. Which was likely the crew thinking they were being nice as they charge a ton extra to level. They will try to convince you all is fine to not fix anything. The job will be rushed to the point of cutting corners. Overall, I am both sad and angry that mine 24k did not get me a good product.

Easy to schedule, finance and installation crews are always professional and the work is off the chain.

Installers were great!!! A small problem with communication. I donâ t speak Spanish but we worked it out. They did professional work.
