Express Flooring Customer service/Installation is terrible. I need re-stretching done. I called few times they said to leave a message, they will call back. They never did. Finally got someone on the phone, they said send photos by message and someone will contact in 24-48 hours after photos received. Sent photos, after 3-4 days, no call, Called them, they said, you need to send photos by email; some will contact in 24-48 hours after photos received. Sent photos by email, 3-4 days no call, Called them, They said they received the photos and installation will contact. 3-4 days, still no call.

Quick and efficient.

Removed toilet for install of vinyl flooring. Put back on, but over the year, water starting showing up in the tiles. They said I should get a plumber in to verify. However, they will not cover this cost. Add to this, we were within only a few days of our warranty expiring, they washed their hands of any fault or issue. Will not ever deal with them again.

Express sd they have their own employees but they Sun contract and Express sd 5-6 day job but took 10... other than than we love how it came out

The job was completed well and at a good price.

We love the floor. Our problem is the insulation and repairs. We have been given 3 dates when we were told our repairs would take place. Each time we were called and informed that the flooring was back ordered. Rather than have the materials in hand then call and schedule. The inspection person was the best part of this whole process. We had problems with the installer at the start. We had some concerns and he was not hearing any of them. All along we have been reminding them to have all of the materials in hand. On Thursday he shows up at 5:15 with no materials and only has 1 hour and Forty Five minutes to complete this job. But still has to go bye the Materials. He was pressuring us to do on Saturday before Christmas. We said no! We spent a lot of money on our floors. They got into our home collected their money and dropped us to fend for ourselves. Not at all happy at all for putting us through this hassle. Now we have to wait till after the holidays to be fixed. So unprofessional!

The installers (Juan & helper) were friendly and were fast. They were careful moving furniture & did an excellent job. Salesman (Matt) wasn't in a rush or pushy.

They were very efficient, fast and nice. Would recommend and use them again in the future.
