We love the floor. Our problem is the insulation and repairs. We have been given 3 dates when we were told our repairs would take place. Each time we were called and informed that the flooring was back ordered. Rather than have the materials in hand then call and schedule. The inspection person was the best part of this whole process. We had problems with the installer at the start. We had some concerns and he was not hearing any of them. All along we have been reminding them to have all of the materials in hand. On Thursday he shows up at 5:15 with no materials and only has 1 hour and Forty Five minutes to complete this job. But still has to go bye the Materials. He was pressuring us to do on Saturday before Christmas. We said no! We spent a lot of money on our floors. They got into our home collected their money and dropped us to fend for ourselves. Not at all happy at all for putting us through this hassle. Now we have to wait till after the holidays to be fixed. So unprofessional!

The installers (Juan & helper) were friendly and were fast. They were careful moving furniture & did an excellent job. Salesman (Matt) wasn't in a rush or pushy.

They were very efficient, fast and nice. Would recommend and use them again in the future.

My laminate floors were very affordable and look GREAT!!!! Everyone I came in contact with for my flooring project, Travis - Design Consultant, Bernardo - Installation Manager, Louise - Installer were all equally super personable, professional, knowledgeable about their products and processes and was a delight to work with. The Design Consultant provided good information on particular laminates, which helped me decide on the best look for my home. Also, at the last moment I wanted to change my previous crown molding choice, the Installation Manager, with No hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to someone else, took care of it, ‘talk about great Customer Service’…Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved/replace all furniture once the floors were in place….WooHoo!!! Lastly, Louise - the Installer, did outstanding job, his work is flawless!! I am so happy with my floors. It changed the entire look of my home. Thank You Express Flooring and all those whom I came in contact with!

Beautiful carpet at a reasonable price. Great installation and fast service. Carpet has 50 year warranty.

The crew was efficient and professional in the removal and installation of our carpet, our design consultant was excellent and very helpful in our selection of carpet and baseboard.
