Nick was great to work with. We even had a problem with my drain and had to wait just a bit for him to complete the job while I got another person to look at the drain before we could finish everything up. And then, as promised he came by and finished up the job and the new softener looks great. Nick doesn t try and get you to do things you don t need to do either. He treats you like you d want to be treated. I d hire him again!

I was very happy with our water softener installation and Nick. My house has really bizarre plumbing, but Nick and his son worked hard (and smart) to get us a softener that fit our needs and preferences. They didn't charge us a dime extra for the trouble caused by our weird water lines. They were clean and courteous, and we were happy with the price and warranty offered. Nick explained his process and findings the whole way through. I'm happy!
