I have been shopping around for almost 6 months looking for a water softener. They did great work and were very affordable. Very professional and friendly. Extremely accommodating for the various tasks I asked them to do. I prefer using local businesses and As a bonus they are a Utah company.

cut holes in the walls then didn't fix or repair the drywall. It took 4.5 hours to install. way too long.

I am surprised that you are saying that I did not repair the drywall holes. I told your husband that I do not repair the drywall when we were trying to decide if anyone could even install a softener in your home. I remember explaining how difficult it would be to plumb your home because it was not Preplumbed and I could not see into the walls but I would do the best job and cut the holes and install the water softener, but I do not repair the Sheetrock. Your husband said do not worry, He would fix the holes himself that we made. Also, He was with me and we talked together before I made any holes. We made the decision together.

Highly recommend Expert Water Systems to anyone. Service was prompt, professional with an excellent work product. Nick and Cade were extremely informative about all aspects of water softening systems and addressed all my questions. I m also very satisfied with the warranty and I believe I ve received very good value for the money.
