Lance Allen responded to our request for the tuck pointing quickly. I attend on using Lance again on some other projects also requiring some tuck pointing.

I got a bid for some spot pointing from Dennis quickly after putting in a query to HomeAdvisor. The price was half of what another company had quoted me for a full wall tuck point. I only wanted spot pointing and selected Exclusive Remodelers for the job. Due to other jobs being in the queue ahead of me and some rainy days, the work wasn’t able to be done until 2 months later, so that was a bit of a bummer. However, once it started, workmen finished the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves very well. Extra areas not included in the bid were taken care of--at no additional charge--and look great! Dennis takes both small and large jobs and will work on them in the order that the bids were accepted.

Dennis was helpful and knowledgeable. He was also communicative, letting me know when he'd be there and showing up on time. Jimmie was great, performing expert tuckpointing and doing a number of little extras and cleaning up at the end of each work day. I would hire them again for another project and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Dennis and Jimmy did a fast and fantastic tuck-pointing job on my chimney. Dennis quoted me a fair price on Sunday and showed up first thing early Monday and the job was done well, fast and clean. They even cleaned out my gutters at no charge. Jimmy and Dennis were courteous and respectful to my neighbors. I would recommend them.

Dennis has provided excellent customer service from our first meeting. His very experienced employee, Rick, started work on our home this past Friday. He arrived at 7 AM, ready to start! He finished a portion of our East was wall before the rains came; his work is beautiful. Dennis also stopped by to check progress. The plan was for Rick to return this morning but obviously the weather interfered with that. What was very impressive was I received a call from Dennis this morning advising me that they wouldn't be able to resume as promised...because of the rain. He didn't need to call, but he did! We are very satisfied so far.
