I found Exceed Pest Defense on Home Advisor after another recommendation from Home Advisor for a company named Fortified Pest Management didn't work out. I had a problem with a roof rat getting into my attic. After wasting my time and money with Fortified. I found Exceed. Alex came to my house and I immediately knew I had the right guy. Where the first company wanted to charge extra after 3 failed visits. Alex guaranteed he would do the job until it was done for the price he gave me. It took several weeks to finally trap the rat and Alex came every week until the job was done. I also hired them to do my bi monthly pest control. I could not be happier with the service this company gave me. They are the best you can find.

The install pictures from my roof did not look as great as the preview pictures they showed me before I hired them. I have solar panels which pigeons decided to make their home and made quite a mess up there. The install pics on the solar panels from other work they ve done looked extremely neat. The ones on my roof look decent, like they didn t put as much attention to detail. That being said, they got the job done and cleaned the roof very well. My home is also 2 stories so it s difficult to see the pigeon guard and a less than perfect install does not bother me as long as it works.
