I am 87 years old. Technology is the bane of my existence. I am also hard of hearing, so seeking help is always challenging. I cannot imagine anyone being more personable, helpful, clear, efficient than Javed was. So, so professional. I feel more secure after my experience with him--a computer/printer issue and a sign in/password issue- and would recommend him to everyone. I plan to have a New Year's Eve drink in his honor.
