He said the part was not available, and should get a replacement. I called Samsung directly and it is still a current refrigerator and part is available. Left messages for 3 days with no response. Very unprofessional at the least. Billing from them was from a caliber appliance service and essential. I feel like we were being scammed. I believe Angi should be responsible for recommending an unqualified service person. Would like to recoup my money.

I gave the recommendation after service was rendered. If there is another appliance I would glady offer to fix it for a discounted price.
