Write a ReviewMy overall experience with Ken was not good, I basically received no valur for the fee I paid him and I would like him to give me my $85 back. He did not provide me with the formal estimate after I asked for it for a week, he overstated the repair costs, asked for 3 parts to be replaced and would only share estimates he changed three times verbally. I warned him that I was not happy with his actions and will warn others about his unethical actions, but he elected to pocket the fee. Advisor asked him to work out the issue but he elected to just lie and cheat. Beware and I would think long and hard before using him for repairs....apparently the $85 fee ge pocketed is more important than an ethical profession
The customer was told the cost of the repair several times in person on the phone four times and through text and did not confirm to start completion of the repair. A service charge is for the diagnosis of the appliance often appliances must be fully disassembled or partially disassembled and multiple electrical components must be tested which is hundreds of dollars in value truly. There is no charge to come out and you do not have to pay upfront before arriving. We do everything possible within reason to satisfy our customers with same-day service, warranty, flexible scheduling.

Do not use this company he is rip off artist, does not know what he is doing he did not even have a tag to show his name.
The statement above is false. The customer appliance was serviced in a timely manner. The customer received a $20 Discount on service for the job. The customer claimed there was another issue with their appliance the next day. The appliance was promptly attempted to be serviced the next day free of charge the customer chose not to get it looked at when the technician was at the property. Not sure what to make of the absurd name tag claim the customer knew the name of the technician was in a company vehicle, had a company logo hat on, and a company logo shirt. We do everything we can to deliver quality service to our valued customers within reason.

Kenneth came to my house he made like he repaired my washing machine told me he had to order a part that was February 11 today is February 23 do not hire this bozo I asked him can I wash a load of clothes he told me sure floor was filled with water shooting out of my washing machine I have not heard from him cents no call no show
The customer's statement above is false and could only be described as defamatory at best. The appliance was serviced on February 17 and unfortunately, the part needed for the washer was on backorder the customer was also contacted again on February 22 and updated on the repair status. It's unfortunate that a customer would act in this manner and use this kind of language. There is a dedicated service number to call that was provided on the invoice that the customer can get in contact with someone at any time. Please reach out so we can resolve this matter.
