I recently hired Encore Builders for a complete overhaul of my swimming pool, including new plaster and coping, and Iâ m absolutely thrilled with the results! After having Encore Builders transform the pool area at my previous home, I knew they were the perfect choice for my current property. This time, the project included creating a paved walkway and enhancing the front yard with low-maintenance landscaping. One of the standout features of this project was the paved walkway they installed along the side of my home. This area had previously been a messy combination of dirt and gravel, making it inconvenient to move between the front yard and backyard, especially from the sliding door by our master bedroom. Brandon and Oz designed a smooth, attractive walkway that not only makes access between the two spaces seamless but also adds a polished look to the side of the house. Now, I can easily step out of the sliding door from our bedroom and have a direct, clean path to both the front and back yards. The convenience has been a game-changer, and the design perfectly integrates with the rest of the landscaping. In addition to the walkway, they did a fantastic job revamping the front yard with a variety of low-maintenance plants. Knowing the Santa Clarita climate can be dry, they helped me select drought-tolerant plants that require minimal watering and upkeep but still bring color and life to the space. The addition of a drip irrigation system ensures the plants stay healthy and green with minimal effort on my part, which was exactly what I wanted. WOW WOW WOW!! I am blown away by the end result! Encore Builders is nothing less than amazing. From start to finish this crew was ON IT. I have an extremely busy schedule and Iâ m surprised Brandon and Oz had the patience for me. I had to cancel them three times due to unforeseen work meetings and these guys still made sure to accommodate my schedule. I already knew I liked them. When Brandon came out to give me a quote- he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything step by step. We went over pricing, prep, turf options, installation, clean up you name it! He answered my endless questions did it with a smile. I was very pleased with the quote I received and decided to move forward. The guys were in and out and the project was a breeze. I am so amazed by the end result. The grass looks so real and gorgeous and the stepping stones are perfectly spaced. I didnâ t think a change to such a small space would make such a big difference. Encore was great. Oz and the team executed everything perfectly and professionally. They showed up on time and always kept the site clean organized. We barely felt them working. I had no walkway (just an uneven lawn) and Oz suggested a paved walkway from the sidewalk to our front door. The steps came out gorgeous and we chose the same design for an additional walkway leading to the backyard on the side of our home. We also added some low voltage lights as our street is not well lit. This project has enhanced the safety of my home. The paved walkways and lighting was much needed. Iâ  m no longer fearful of tripping or falling when I need to step out or go for a drive once the sun sets. Iâ  m glad I finally moved forward with this project; If I wouldâ  ve known how happy Iâ  d be with the results I would have done it much sooner!
